Project History

The Rocky Mountain Lifelines Summer Project ‘12 is celebrating its 5th year in existence. The Lifelines ministry has run a summer project out east for seven summers and in 2008 decided to create a second project out west. As the ministry of Lifelines has grown from its roots in Maine, more staff have been trained in Lifelines philosophy. With the increased interest from staff out west, Lifelines leadership decided to expand its summer project options by opening a project in Colorado in 2008. The Rocky Mountain Lifelines project starts a little later in the summer to accommodate the later trimester schedule of some western schools. The project also takes advantage of the wonderful opportunities offered by the Rocky Mountains.

The summer of 2012 brings with it the new Lifelines Expeditions. We envision both the Rocky project and the new expeditions to contine to grow as God uses them to change the lives of everyone involved.  The Lifelines campus ministry continues to grow as well.  We are currently on six campuses full time across the nation.   We are excited that God continues to provide resources and opportunities to build the summer projects and local ministries, and we eagerly anticipate what He has in store for this summer and the years to come.
